The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the reception when we had issues with our welcome amenity. they provided a bottle of sparkling after I insisted on my gold membership perks. The facilities like the pool and gym were good, but chairs were not comfortable at all,, which made our relaxation time less enjoyable.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. The room had cockroaches and no wifi,, which is simply unacceptable for a place charging premium prices.

Accommodations were enjoyable due to the spacious layout and the stunning golf course view from the terrace. The staff provided exceptional warmth, enhancing our experience, especially during dinner at the cafe where the food quality was commendable. an additional charge for coffee at breakfast felt unwarranted, and the lack of room service for the apartment could be a drawback for some. while the apartments are modern and attractive, they are somewhat distanced from the main hotel facilities.

Stunning golf course views from the room.

Our stay was marred by poor customer service. The staff at the cafe were abrupt and seemed indifferent to guests. noise from the corridor disrupted our rest at night.
